Private Dining

Exchange House caters for all manner of private dining events for the discerning client.  Whether in the 24 seat Barista Dining Room or the larger 64 seat function room, you will be delighted with the beautiful food and exclusive service.  

Birthday parties, anniversary dinners and corporate dining are catered for according to the client’s requirements.  Seating arrangements can be varied to suit the occasion.

Menus can be tailored to your requirement.  Whether you would like a hot or cold buffet or a formal 3 course dinner we can cater to accordingly.

Your Choice of Dining Room 

Barista Dining Room

Normally arranged in 6 tables of 4.  The room can be configured to provide 3 larger tables seating 8 in a horseshoe arrangement.  This provides nicely for a top table where after dinner speeches are given. 

The Main Function Room

This room is normally arranged banquet style with a maximum capacity of 8 round tables seating 8 people at each.  If a dance floor is required then this can be provided in which case the maximum capacity reduces to 7 round tables accommodating 8 diners each (56 people in total).

All private dining events benefit from pre-dinner drinks in the Barista Lounge Bar, a comfortable and exclusive setting to entertain guests with a glass of bubbly before dinner.
